By downloading or using FaceDraft, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.

Service Description

FaceDraft analyzes dating profile photos using AI and provides scores and recommendations. Results are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee improved dating outcomes.

AI Analysis Disclaimer

• Analysis scores reflect dating profile best practices, not personal judgement
• We analyse your photos, not your face
• AI-generated content may not be perfect — use your own judgement
• Results vary based on photo quality and composition

Subscriptions

• Premium features require a subscription purchased through the App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Free trial (if available) converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends
• Pricing may vary by region

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.

User Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a temporary license to process them for analysis. Photos are not stored on our servers after analysis.

Prohibited Use

• Do not use the app for illegal purposes
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the AI analysis
• Do not abuse the service (excessive automated requests)
• Do not upload content that violates applicable laws

Limitation of Liability

FaceDraft is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any decisions made based on analysis results. Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees paid.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
